How to clean the curtains?
There are two steps involving in the cleaning of the curtains. In the first segment includes vacuum cleaning while the second part has washed.
Cleaning the curtains:
The texture of the curtains loves to attract dust, allergens, and grime. So, before washing them you have to vacuum clean it. The dirt should be sucked from the fabric so that it will not do any harm. The first thing, you need to follow that it is better to stick the curtain in the rod while doing the vacuum cleaning. It will give you more flexibility to clean every nook and corner of the curtain. Fix the suction power in the low to the middle as per the requirement, but don’t put it in the high. Use the hose that has a soft brush attachment to get the maximum result.
Washing of the Curtains:
After vacuum cleaning, you have to take the curtains off the rod carefully. You can take them outside and shake it to remove any excess dirt. Now take a bucket and add two tablespoons of the Safed detergent powder and mix well. Now soak the curtains for 2 to 3 hours so that all the tough dirt will come up easily. After the soaking session, wash them in the running water. Air-dry the curtains for the best result.
